How Do We Do It?

At College Track Services, our goal is to provide students and families with the education, expertise, and experience needed to get students into the best college for them. We meet this goal through delivering individualized care to our students, a customized curriculum, and personalized tutoring. At CTS, our success depends on helping students develop their potential. We don’t succeed unless our students succeed.

Our Management Team:

Our staff consists of committed professionals and experts in the field. CTS teachers and counselors come to you with impressive educational backgrounds, credentials, and years of experience in the classroom, career counseling and college admissions guidance.

JO KARABASZ is our Director of Education. Jo has been involved in education for more than 30 years. She has taught at both university and high school levels, in addition to being a published author. She has a BS degree from Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

CAROL FOUTS is our Chief Operating Officer. She ran her own successful business for more than 10 years and has led sales and marketing teams in various industries. Carol is a member of the Higher Education Consultants Association and subscribes to HECA standards of good practice. She graduated magna cum laude with a BA degree from San Diego State in Business Management and Marketing.

JOHN FOUTS is our President and CEO. He has a 20 year track record of highly successful business and organizational management experience. John graduated with honors while earning his BA in Organizational Management, and was educated at Santa Clara University, UCLA, and Ashford University.  Currently, he is pursuing his Masters of Arts in Organizational Leadership at Gonzaga University.

JOHN MORSE is our CFO, Treasurer and Director, and responsible for the financial management of the company. John has a long career of financial management and has counseled several high-tech startups in Silicon Valley. He has a Bachelors and Masters of Science from Stanford University and an MBA from Santa Clara University.

ARVIN VOHRA is considered one of the leading educators in America. Arvin writes our curriculum, and is author of The Equation For Excellence and Vocabulary Synapsis. Arvin has a BS in Mathematics and a BA in Economics from Brown University. He received perfect scores on both the GRE and the GMAT, and also runs his own educational consulting business.

DI ANN SANCHEZ, SPHR is our Human Resources Consultant. She has over 25 years of experience and has held executive Human Resources position for both public and private companies. She has extensive experience in all areas of Human Resources and Strategic Planning. Di has a BA from UCLA and a MA from University of Phoenix.
